The Portico building is undoubtedly one of the most iconic buildings in Campo de las Naciones. Designed by the architectural studio Som Architects and Rafael de la Hoz, it stands out for its unique location, at the junction of M-40 and Avda. de los Andes. In 2007 it won the Best Business Centre award at the International Market for Real Estate Professionals showroom.

With 20,700 square metres on eight floors, it is also considered the first sustainable office building in Madrid.

Here, we installed 5 Mitsubishi lifts with an artificial intelligence group control system, 2 Elenessa lifts without a machine room that access the car park and 1 goods lift.

By the way, the special decoration in the cabins with Lamelle steel mesh was designed by the customer… Teamwork!
