How to adapt a property without a lift

Plaza de Isabel II, also known as Opera by the people from Madrid, is Royal or Opera Theatre is, venue to some of the most important cultural representations in Madrid. The square also houses the Royal Cinema, which was inaugurated in 1920, was the largest in Spain.


It is surrounded by old buildings, many of them initially designed without a lift. In one of these properties, the community of owners contacted us to install two lifts. And… this was the result!
