In the heart of Paseo de la Castellana is Canoe, an exquisite office building that we had the pleasure of upgrading.
Specifically, FAIN upgraded a total of 6 lifts, with an artificial intelligence group control system. Our aim was to renovate the facilities without altering the landing’s exterior aesthetics, which the customer decided to preserve. We managed to minimise the works in the building, for example, by reusing the frames of the landing’s doors frames.
We also improved and updated the machine room and the shaft.
The works were carried out sequentially, without disturbing the building’s habitual vertical traffic throughout our intervention.
